FAQ

The administration interface now allows you to create and manage FAQs.

This feature allows you to define question-and-answer pairs, making it easy to display the most frequently asked questions and their corresponding answers on the website in a simple and transparent way.

 

FAQ list

1. Languages — selection of the FAQ language.
2. # — the identifier of the FAQ.
3. Name — the name of the FAQ.
4. Active — indicates whether the FAQ is active and displayed on the website.
5. Reference code — the reference code of the FAQ, which can be used to display it on the website.
6. Created — the date and time when the FAQ was created.
7. View the FAQ and open its associated questions and answers.
8. Duplicate the FAQ with a new identifier.
9. Edit the existing FAQ.
10. Delete the FAQ.
11. Add new — create a new FAQ.
12. Search — search for FAQs by name.

 

Creating an FAQ

After creating an FAQ, it can be displayed on the website by copying the Reference code and pasting it into the content.

1. Name — the name of the FAQ.
2. Language — selection of the FAQ language.
3. Active — specifies whether the FAQ should be active and displayed on the website.
4. Question — enter the question to be displayed in the FAQ.
5. Answer — enter the answer corresponding to the question.
6. Add — add a new question-and-answer item to the FAQ.
7. Change the order of the questions.
8. Delete the selected question-and-answer item.
